At Frontier Designs, we build every fire pit to stand the test of time. Each piece is handcrafted from heavy-gauge Corten steel and engineered for a lifetime of outdoor enjoyment. Our warranty reflects the same integrity we put into every weld, seam, and finish.

Lifetime Burn-Through & Rust-Through Guarantee

Frontier Designs guarantees that your fire pit will never rust through or burn through for as long as you, the original retail purchaser, own it.
This lifetime coverage applies only under normal residential use and includes proof-of-purchase verification.

“Lifetime” means the expected useful life of the product during the ownership period of the original purchaser.
This warranty is non-transferable and does not extend to subsequent owners, family members, or descendants.

2-Year Structural Weld Coverage

We stand behind our craftsmanship. For two years from the date of delivery, Frontier Designs will repair or cover the reasonable cost (up to $250) of a qualified local welder to correct weld or seam failures that occur under normal residential use.
All local repairs must receive written pre-approval from Frontier Designs before work begins.

What’s Not Covered

To preserve fairness and safety, the following are excluded from warranty coverage:

• Any damage resulting from oversized or prolonged fires, accelerants, or commercial use
• Warping, bowing, patina changes, discoloration, or surface oxidation caused by heat or weather
• Damage from impact, mishandling, modification, or improper installation
• Cosmetic variations such as color differences, weld marks, grind lines, or surface texture irregularities
• Any repair or alteration performed without Frontier Designs’ prior approval

Frontier Designs does not warrant its products for commercial, rental, hospitality, or Airbnb use.

Proof of Purchase & Identity

Warranty service requires a valid order number, dated receipt, and matching purchaser identification.
Claims without documentation cannot be processed.

How to Submit a Claim

1. Document the Issue: Take clear photos and/or videos of the affected area.
2. Contact Us: Email howdy@frontierdesigns.com with your documentation and order details.
3. Review & Resolution: Our team will evaluate the claim and, if approved, coordinate a local repair or reimbursement up to $250.

Please allow 5–7 business days for review and response.

Shipping & Returns

Products are not shipped back to Frontier Designs for warranty service.
All approved repairs are performed locally by a qualified craftsman/welder.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse.
Before purchasing, please ensure you are comfortable with the natural characteristics of handcrafted steel.
