How to Ensure Warranty Coverage

• Inspect Upon Delivery: Carefully inspect your item as soon as it arrives.
• Check Before the Truck Leaves: Remove all packaging and thoroughly examine your product before the delivery truck departs.
• Document Any Issues: Take clear photos and videos of any damage to help us provide the best customer service.
• Report Immediately: For the fastest resolution, send all photos and videos of the damage to howdy@frontierdesigns.com on the day of delivery. This allows us to communicate with the freight company promptly.

Cor-Ten Steel Finish

• Minor marks such as weld lines, small scratches, or texture variations may be present due to the metalworking process.
• These natural imperfections enhance the authenticity and handcrafted charm of our steel designs.

• Cor-Ten steel can naturally displays a variety of colors and textures.
• Colors shown online may differ slightly in person due to screen settings and lighting conditions.

Oxidation

• Exposure to moisture and environmental elements may lead to gradual oxidation over time.
• Please take steps to properly maintain your Cor-Ten steel firepit.

Customization & Individuality

• Each item is one-of-a-kind, reflecting the craftsmanship and character of handmade steelwork.
• If you prefer a flawless, factory-produced look, our handcrafted steel designs may not be the right fit for you.

Fix or Replacement Policy

Resolution Process:
Once we receive your notification and supporting documentation, our team will promptly assess the issue and determine whether a repair or replacement is necessary. We are committed to ensuring you receive a high-quality product that meets our standards.

Exclusions:
The following natural characteristics of handcrafted steel products are not considered defects and will not qualify for a fix or replacement:

• Finish variations (patina development, powder coating texture, or color differences)
• Metal color variations due to raw material differences
• Visible welds, grind marks, or minor surface imperfections that are inherent to metal fabrication

Buyer’s Remorse Policy:
We do not accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse. Before placing your order, please ensure you are comfortable with the unique characteristics of handcrafted steel and satisfied with your custom selection.
