At Frontier Designs, each of our products is built to order with precision and care. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
However, in the event of damage during transit or if you receive an incorrect shipment, we are committed to helping resolve the issue. Please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth resolution process:
What to Do Upon Delivery
1. Inspect Your Shipment Carefully
Please take the time to thoroughly inspect your order upon delivery.
2. Note Any Issues on the Delivery Receipt
If you notice any damage or discrepancies, it is essential to document these concerns on the delivery receipt before the delivery team leaves.
3. Photograph Any Damage or Errors
Take clear, detailed photos of any damage or incorrect items as supporting evidence.
4. Contact Us Immediately
Reach out to our customer service team right away at howdy@frontierdesigns.com. Be sure to include:
- Your order details
- Photographs of the damage or issue
- A clear description of the problem
Please note that due to the handcrafted nature of our products, natural weathering and discoloration of steel over time are expected and not considered defects.
Our Resolution Process
Once we receive your notification and supporting documentation, our team will review the situation and determine the appropriate solution. Depending on the nature and extent of the issue, we will work with you to repair the item or provide a replacement.
Important:
- All damage must be documented at the time of delivery and reported to us immediately.
- We are unable to address any issues reported after the delivery receipt has been signed without noted damage.
