Frontier Designs Shipping Policy
At Frontier Designs, we are pleased to offer free shipping to all 48 contiguous United States. You will receive a notification from our team as soon as your order leaves our Texas facility. Transit times typically range between 5 to 15 business days.
Once your shipment arrives at the freight terminal closest to your address, the shipping carrier will contact you directly to arrange a delivery appointment. Please note that delivery dates and windows can vary based on your location and the freight carrier's schedule. If you decline the initial delivery date or request to reschedule, please be aware that the next available delivery window may be 2–3 weeks from the original proposed date.
The delivery company will provide at least 24 hours' notice with your scheduled delivery date and time window. Additionally, they will call approximately 30 minutes prior to arrival. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery during the scheduled window, as missed appointments may result in additional redelivery fees. Delivery windows may span several hours, so we recommend planning accordingly. If you are unable to accept delivery within a reasonable timeframe (as determined by the freight carrier), storage fees may apply.
Our fire pits ship via Residential or Commercial LTL Freight and include lift-gate service for a smooth drop-off experience. When the carrier arrives, they will lower your fire pit securely packaged on a pallet, and place it as close to your home as the pallet jack can safely reach. Please note: this is not a white-glove delivery. Drivers are not required to unpack, assemble, or place the fire pit in your yard or patio.
If you’ve ordered accessories with your fire pit, they’ll arrive together on the same pallet. Before the driver leaves, please ensure you’ve collected your paperwork and any items secured to the pallet.
All residential freight shipments require an appointment. The carrier will reach out once your order reaches the local terminal to schedule a delivery window.
Accessories purchased on their own (without a fire pit) will ship separately via UPS or FedEx Ground and will include standard tracking.
Important Delivery Instructions
Upon delivery, you will be required to inspect and sign for your shipment. The delivery receipt is a legally binding document. It is essential that you carefully inspect your order for any damage prior to signing.
In the rare event that your shipment arrives with visible damage:
- Do not refuse the delivery.
- Clearly note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
- Contact us immediately so we can assist.
If damage is documented at the time of delivery, Frontier Designs will file a claim with the shipping carrier and work with you to resolve the issue, whether through repair or replacement. Please understand that once the delivery receipt is signed without noting damage, Frontier Designs cannot accept responsibility for any issues discovered after delivery.
Additional Considerations
Please ensure that your selected product will fit through all entryways and into your desired space prior to ordering. Deliveries cannot be refused due to sizing issues at the time of delivery.
